The speakers and mounts have held up to strong winds and strong rainstorms. Received product fast. I would recommend this product (and Amazon) to anyone. They still sound like brand new. Speakers sound wonderful. We have them mounted to the backside of our detached garage where we placed our new above-ground swimming pool and bi-level deck.
But for the price they are o.k. They work but sound is not that great.
sound quality is very good.mounts appear flimzy but do a good job once all is put together. My deck is a rockin place now. bought 4 for outside on deck. they work great with the tic amp10 amplifier.
We have had a snow storm and a couple heavy rain storms and the speakers play just fine. I was worried about them, as it says in the instruction they are not waterproof.even though they state they are outdoor speakers. I have had the speakers for about a month. I am pleased with them.
But at half of this I know what a deal is. If you are an audiophile, you should know you won't get your desired "premium" sound from a pair ofoutdoor speakers to begin with. One of the best deals I have gotten on Amazon and have been perfectly pleased with item. In fact, after installingthem and listening to them I immediately ordered another pair. My 5 stars were based on the cost factor and overall quality of thespeakers themselves.ie look, sound and ease of installment. I would easily have paid 100 bucks for thesespeakers and have been happy.
